October 03,2026,Kuala Lumpur-Eurotech Wheel is gearing up for a major production ramp-up that will see its monthly motorcycle capacity surge from more than 4,000 units to over 15,000 units, as the Malaysian KTM, Husqvarna Motorcycles, GASGAS and ZONTES importer and distributor enters its next phase of expansion under the new ETG (Eurotech Group) identity.

The more-than-threefold increase in capacity will be driven by a factory expansion aimed at boosting production-line productivity and giving the Group greater capacity to support its growing motorcycle portfolio and future market demand.
The rebrand to ETG reflects a business that has expanded well beyond motorcycle distribution, with operations now spanning assembly, international brand representation, dealer and after-sales support, rider development and community engagement.

“ETG has never stood still. Over the years, we have continued to broaden our capabilities, strengthen our brand portfolio and build deeper relationships with our dealers and riders,” said Goi Seong Keng- Head of Marketing & Customer Experience, ETG.

The Group is also targeting a nationwide network of 73 dealers and 57 service centres, supported by the training of more than 100 new technical specialists over the next two years.
ETG will introduce a new Dealer Management System to strengthen after-sales coordination, with targeted turnaround times of 60 minutes for common faulty parts and 24 hours for uncommon faulty parts.
The expansion marks another step in the company’s evolution since establishing Southeast Asia’s first KTM CKD assembly plant in 2012. Its operations expanded to include both CKD and CBU production in 2016, while the brand portfolio grew with ZONTES in 2019, Husqvarna Motorcycles in 2021 and GASGAS in 2022.

ETG is also expanding its physical footprint through Experience Showrooms, with initial locations planned in the northern, central and southern regions before a broader nationwide rollout.
