October 03, 2026, Kuala Lumpur-Continental Tyre Malaysia is reshaping the tyre-buying experience with its new In-Store Marketplace, giving customers greater price transparency, stock visibility and convenience at participating Continental retail outlets.
Designed to address common pain points such as unclear pricing, uncertain stock availability and limited product information, the new platform brings tyre selection, pricing, availability, purchase and professional installation into a single connected experience.
Customers can browse suitable Continental and General Tire products, check prices and real-time stock availability, and arrange purchases and installation with participating retail partners.
A Smarter, More Transparent Retail Experience
The In-Store Marketplace combines digital tools with the expertise of Continental’s retail network to simplify tyre shopping while giving customers clearer information before they make a purchase.
The initiative forms part of Continental’s wider effort to modernise tyre retail in Malaysia, making the traditionally fragmented buying process more transparent, convenient and consumer-focused.
Like a restaurant’s QR code menu, the marketplace allows customers to browse at their own pace, with professional dealer advice available when needed:
- At a busy outlet: Customers can scan the QR code to browse tyre options, prices and available stock while waiting for assistance, making the subsequent discussion with the dealer more focused and informed.
- After watching a dealer’s social media video: Customers can follow the shared marketplace link to explore the featured tyres and proceed with their purchase and installation booking.
- Before visiting their preferred outlet: Customers can share their tyre requirements with the preferred dealer and receive a marketplace link to review the official quotation, purchase their tyres and arrange installation in advance, reducing uncertainty before visiting.
Launch Rewards and Added Protection
From now till 31 October 2026, customers buying two (2) or four (4) Continental or General Tire tyres through the participating outlets’ In-Store Marketplace can receive TNG eWallet rewards of up to RM200:

Eligible purchases can also receive up to 10% off with SPayLater (minimum spend RM200, capped at RM100). Both offers are available while stocks last and are subject to terms and conditions.
Eligible Continental and General Tire tyres carry the Tyre Lifetime Manufacturing Warranty for manufacturing defects throughout the tyre’s operational lifespan. Customers may register eligible purchases in the Conti TCP app for 12 months of TCP Road Hazard Warranty from the purchase date.
