Featuring an all-new Dynamic variant and upgraded Premium and Performance models , the refreshed line-up combines stronger value, improved range, faster charging and greater accessibility under its new brand promise, “Pinnacle of Performance, Redefined FURTHER for Tomorrow.”

Since its debut in 2024, the BYD SEALION 7 has become Malaysia’s best-selling D-segment electric SUV in 2025, with more than 6,300 units delivered nationwide. reflecting meaningful improvements in range, charging convenience, accessibility and overall ownership confidence.

Completing the range, the 2026 BYD SEALION 7 is offered in a selection of sophisticated exterior colours, with the enhanced Premium variant introducing a striking new Ultraviolet finish that further elevates the flagship D-segment electric SUV’s premium appeal. All variants feature a Black interior as standard for a sleek, refined cabin ambience.

The new Dynamic variant is priced at RM163,800, with the first 300 customers enjoying a special introductory price of RM159,800, representing RM4,000 in savings. The enhanced Premium and Performance variants are priced at RM188,800 and RM203,800 respectively, with exclusive launch promotions available across the range.

Dynamic – Premium EV Made More Accessible

The new rear-wheel-drive Dynamic variant offers an accessible entry into the SEALION 7 range without compromising on technology or practicality. It produces 170 kW and 380 Nm of torque, accelerates from 0–100 km/h in 7.3 seconds, and delivers up to 520 km (NEDC) of driving range—making it an ideal choice for everyday driving.

Premium – More Range, Faster Charging

The enhanced Premium variant receives a larger 91.39 kWh Blade Battery, replacing the previous 82.56 kWh unit. This boosts driving range from 567 km to 650 km (NEDC), while DC fast-charging capability increases from 150 kW to 230 kW, reducing charging times and enhancing long-distance usability.

Performance – Flagship Power and Capability

The all-wheel-drive Performance variant combines sports car-like acceleration with everyday practicality. Delivering 390 kW and 690 Nm of torque, it sprints from 0–100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds while offering up to 600 km (NEDC) of driving range. It also features the larger 91.39 kWh Blade Battery, 230 kW DC fast charging, distinctive red brake calipers and 20-inch wheels wrapped in 245/45 R20 tyres, reinforcing its high-performance character without compromising touring capability.
