May 11,2026,Kuala Lumpur.-Mercedes-Benz Malaysia has unveiled the new Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupé Nightfall Edition, introducing a more striking and exclusive interpretation of the performance SUV Coupé. Following the successful debut of the Mercedes-Benz GLA Nightfall Edition, the latest Nightfall Edition continues the brand’s move towards more expressive, design-focused offerings for Malaysian customers.
The Nightfall Edition combines AMG performance with stealth-inspired styling, featuring darkened exterior accents that heighten its commanding presence and sporty appeal. The special edition amplifies the dynamic proportions of the AMG GLC Coupé while delivering a more refined and immersive driving experience.
The locally assembled new Mercedes-AMG GLC 43 4MATIC Coupé Nightfall Edition is priced at RM 518,888 for Peninsular Malaysia. Price is on-the-road, without insurance.

Darkened and refined with the Nightfall EditionThe new AMG GLC Coupé Nightfall Edition further builds on the AMG Exterior Night Package with the AMG Night Package Exterior II. Dark Chrome detailing extends across key exterior elements, including the slats of the radiator trim, model designation on the fenders and rear, as well as the rear star, transforming the vehicle into an irresistible eye-catcher that masterfully combines aesthetics and exclusivity. This is complemented by a defining detail: the AMG fuel filler cap in silver chrome, finished with “AMG” lettering and black accents, providing a subtle yet thrilling signature.
Another key highlight of this special edition is the AMG Real Performance Sound which elevates the emotional depth between driver and vehicle. It delivers an intense sound experience within the cabin, with selectable sound characteristics ranging from sporty-subtle (BALANCED) to sporty-emotional (POWERFUL). At the touch of a button or via the touchscreen, drivers can tailor how the turbo engine should sound.

The new AMG GLC Coupé Nightfall Edition is powered by the AMG 2.0-liter four-cylinder engine, a masterpiece of innovative engineering and high performance paired with impressive efficiency. True to AMG tradition, this engine is both developed and meticulously crafted in Affalterbach, adhering to the ‘One Man, One Engine’ principle.
It boasts an impressive 310 kW (421 hp) at 6,750 rpm and a maximum torque of 500 Nm at 5,000 rpm, offering an additional 10 kW (14 hp) boost from the belt-driven starter generator (RSG) when needed. This second-generation RSG acts as a mild hybrid, enabling coasting and energy recuperation functions to maximise efficiency. Its 48-volt technology also enhances comfort by ensuring near-seamless transitions between start-stop and coasting. The AMG GLC Coupé Nightfall Edition accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 4.5 seconds, with a top speed electronically capped at 250 km/h, delivering a driving experience that’s both exhilarating and refined. Further elevating driving dynamics is rear-axle steering of up to 2.5°, which improves agility, stability, and manoeuvrability for confident handling in a wide range of driving conditions.
The confident appearance is reinforced by a wide track and 21-inch AMG Y-spoke light-alloy wheels, paired with silver-painted brake callipers. DIGITAL LIGHT headlamps further enhance the driving experience by continuously adapting illumination to traffic and road conditions for improved visibility.
Inside, the cabin features the familiar AMG sport seats in ARTICO man-made leather upholstery, AMG carbon-fibre trim element, and AMG Performance steering wheel in nappa leather. Rounding off the interior, the MBUX infotainment system includes AMG-specific displays and functions, complemented by the Burmester® 3D surround sound system for refined in-cabin acoustics.
