Hyundai Malaysia  ‘Sentiasa di sisi anda’- Boosts Network and Vehicle Protection for Customers

January 29, 2026,KUALA LUMPUR – Hyundai Motor Malaysia (HMY) continues to strengthen its presence in Malaysia with the signing of a Letter of Intent (LOI) with new dealer partner HZN Inspiration Sdn Bhd, alongside the formalisation of partnerships with five leading insurance providers to enhance long-term ownership confidence.

Eric Lee– President of HMY, and Syed Aiman AljunidCorporate Executive of HZN Inspiration Sdn Bhd, officially signed a Letter of Intent (LOI),witnessed by Dato’ Mahfoz Hamid– Founder and MD of HZN Inspiration Sdn Bhd, Jahabarnisa Haja Mohideen- MD of HMY; and Zulkifli Jusoh-GM of HZN Inspiration Sdn Bhd. Also presence were Syazzuan Bin Sazali– Head of Channel Strategic Planning of HMY, Wong Wei Seng– Head of Channel of HMY ,Daniel Lim Jaehyun– Channel Coordinator of HMY and Mohd Haniff Zulaidi– Head of Channel Operation of HMY.

Under the collaboration, Hyundai and HZN Inspiration Sdn Bhd will explore the establishment of new dealership facilities in the Klang Valley, with the first outlet targeted to open in the second quarter of 2026. The move supports Hyundai’s strategy to strengthen accessibility and grow its presence in a high-demand market

By expanding its retail network, Hyundai aims to improve accessibility while bringing its products, services and brand experience closer to customers, reinforcing its long-term growth ambitions in Malaysia.

In tandem with its network expansion, Hyundai is also enhancing its ownership ecosystem through the upcoming Hyundai Protection Plan, designed to deliver more comprehensive, flexible and simplified coverage for customers.

Developed in collaboration with Allianz, Berjaya Sompo, Tokio Marine, Etiqa and Takaful Ikhlas, the Hyundai Protection Plan will offer a wide range of benefits, including agreed value coverage of up to 15 years in the event of accident or theft, desktop claims approval of up to RM30,000 within 24 hours, unlimited towing with 24/7 roadside assistance, and zero-gap coverage based on invoice price, among others—providing greater peace of mind throughout the ownership journey.
