December 07,2023,Adelaide –Todd Hazelwood, Motul-supported race driver celebrated his 2023 Repco Supercars championship season by securing a successful points haul at the 2023 season finale, VAILO Adelaide 500.
Motul began their strong partnership with Hazelwood during the 2022 season, where Motul supported the then 27-year-old’s racing pursuits with top-of-the-line products, their flagship 300V lubricant. Motul and Hazelwood have enjoyed a successful partnership, with their products proving to play a crucial role in the success of the #3 Blanchard Racing Team Ford Mustang GT S650.
The Australian race car driver began his motorsport career at Adelaide Dirt Kart Club where he started karting at 7 years old. He continued to perform at a high level before making the switch to V8 Supercars in 2013 where he partook in the Dunlop V8 Supercars series (now known as the Super2 Series).
After being crowned champion in 2017, Hazelwood made the step up to the main V8 Supercars series, where he became a mainstay in the V8 Supercars paddock.
Now in his sixth year at the pinnacle of Australian motorsport, the 28-year-old continues to perform at a high level as he starts off his 2023 Supercars campaign by achieving P4 in the seventh round at the Perth Supersprint, along with multiple top-ten finishes.
Motul has proven to be a vital part of Hazelwood’s season, providing the Australian driver and his team with the best lubricants available for maximum reliability and performance.
