May28,2023,KUALA LUMPUR – Volkswagen Passenger Cars Malaysia (VPCM) awarded its outstanding performing dealer partners for 2022 Dealer of the Year Awards at The Westin Desaru Coast Resort, Johor.
Representatives from all the 17 Volkswagen dealerships nationwide, attended the event. Erik Winter-MD Volkswagen Malaysia,Kurt Leitner-Co MD VPCM and Deedan Nadar,-Aftersales Director of VPCM, were on hand to give away the awards to the winners.
Four awards were presented under the Dealer of The Year category whereby the Dealers’ performances were monitored from January till December 2022.
Lee Motors Autohaus (Volkswagen Alor Setar)walked away with Dealer of The Year award for the second time .Lee Motors Autohaus had previously clinched the 2021 Dealer of The Year award.
The other recipients for Dealer of The Year awards were:
- MHV Autohaus (Volkswagen Gombak) – 1st Runner-up
- Goh Brothers Motor (Volkswagen Juru) – 2nd Runner-up
- PHS Autohaus (Volkswagen Puchong) – Das WeltAuto category
Erik Winter, Managing Director of VPCM said, “We are delighted to present these awards to deserving dealerships and colleagues for their outstanding performance in sales and aftersales service.”
Talents within the network were also acknowledged and awarded for their exceptional performances in their roles as Sales Manager, Sales Consultant, Aftersales Manager, Parts Manager, Service Advisor and Technician.

2022 Parts Manager of The Year Award- Muhammad Izzat Che Adnan from Volkswagen Alor Setar (Lee Motors Autohaus)
2022 Service Advisor of The Year Award- Soo Boon Hou from Volkswagen Ipoh (Goh Brothers Motor)
2022 Technician of The Year Award- Khairul Humaidi Shamsudin from Volkswagen Melaka (N3 Auto)
2022 Sales Manager of The Year Award-Chong Sze Yan from Volkswagen Tebrau (WN Motorworld)
2022 Sales Consultant of The Year Award– Azharul Sham Hamsah from Volkswagen Gombak (MHV Autohaus)
