MARCH 30,2023,KUALA LUMPUR- Hap Seng Star Kinrara took home the Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Dealer of the Year 2022 award as the most outstanding dealership achieving the highest overall score, at a ceremony held recently.

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia acknowledged the outstanding dealers for their operational excellence in delivering the Best Customer Experience.

The awards ceremony consists of seven awards, with each category showcasing the dealerships’ operational excellence in different areas. These included Best in Customer Services, Best in Financial Services, Best in Business Excellence, Best in Sales, Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) 5Star Rater, Most Improved Dealer and the most coveted Dealer of the Year 2022.
