June 22,2022, KUALA LUMPUR – Mercedes-Benz Malaysia and Hap Seng Star has launched its newly relocated Mercedes-Benz Autohaus in Setia Alam with new luxury brand presence and exclusive luxury lifestyle boutique.
This new Hap Seng Star Setia Alam outlet features new upgrades that embodies a luxurious retail experience concept for customers, showcasing the brand’s commitment to lead in luxury retail experience.
Hap Seng Group has invested a total of RM673million to date, which includes the recent RM99mil investment into this new Setia Alam Autohaus. It currently operates Autohaus in 10 locations, including Kuala Lumpur, Kinrara, Balakong, Jalan Ipoh, Bukit Tinggi, Setia Alam, Melaka, and Iskandar Johor in Peninsular Malaysia.
In East Malaysia, Hap Seng is present in Kuching, and Kota Kinabalu. Hap Seng Group also operate a standalone Mercedes-Benz Certified Pre-owned Centre in Kinrara and a standalone Body & Paint centre in Shah Alam.
Mercedes-Benz also announced that the two new enhanced upgraded locally-assembled SUV ,the Mercedes-Benz GLC 300 e 4MATIC Coupé and the Mercedes-AMG GLB 35 4MATIC, are now available for booking .
The all-new four-door GLC 300 e 4MATIC Coupé is available at the recommended retail selling price of RM 374,073.67, valid until the end of the Sales Tax exemption on 30th June 2022.
The GLB 35 4MATIC will be available at the recommended retail price of RM 392,582.31, with 5% Sales Tax, valid until 30th June 2022.
The Hap Seng Star Setia Alam Autohaus is managed by 29 personnel and spans close to 79,000 sqft of land area with a total of seven floors. The showroom floor spans over 11,526 sqft with 16 cars on display and features new amenities such a self-service café, kid’s playroom and a luxurious ladies powder room for an overall exclusive and comfortable experience for customers. The lifestyle retail experience includes Mercedes-Benz luxury accessories and collection boutique, catering to a wide range of customers with a variety of collectables and products.
Hap Seng Star has also increased their customer services capacity in this Setia Alam Autohaus with a work area spanning over 29,549 sqft with expandable work bays and maximised service capacity of up to 1,500 cars a month. Scheduled service maintenance and major repairs are carried out by trained technicians equipped with complete and approved special tools from Mercedes-Benz. Other service differentiation offerings range from Express Service 2.0, pick-up and delivery, drop-and-go service booking, wheel alignment and balancing, electrical diagnosis and repairs, paint coating, glass tinting along with insurance and warranty claims.
