April 05,2022,Kuala Lumpur- Cycle & Carriage Johor Bahru emerged as Mercedes-Benz Malaysia Dealer of the Year 2021 Award for its’ outstanding excellence performance across all categories in sales, customer services, and financial services .

Mercedes-Benz Malaysia presented a total of seven awards – Best in Financial Services, Best in Business Excellence, Best in Customer Services, Best in Sales, Best in Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) 5 Star Rater, Most Improved Dealer, and the most coveted award – The Dealer of the Year 2021.
