“The HondaTouch application is designed to provide convenience and ease of communication between Honda Authorised dealers and customers, allowing easy access to obtain vehicle service information; vehicle assistance and updates from Honda Malaysia.
“Ultimately, it is our vision to create value for mobility and to improve the daily lives of our customers through regular engagement; and the intuitive HondaTouch application does exactly that,” said its managing director and chief executive officer Toichi Ishiyama in a statement.
The 10 features offered by the HondaTouch application includes the Service Appointment Booking, Service Appointment Reminder, Real-Time Service Status Tracking, Service History, Find Your Nearest Dealer, Emergency Assistance, Insurance Renewal Reminder, Promotions, Events and Updates, New Car Pre-Booking, as well as Contact Us.
