July 8, 2020, Kuala Lumpur – Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia, the official distributor of Mitsubishi Motors vehicles in Malaysia, together with its authorised dealer Sing Kwung Jidosha introduced a new visual identity for its Mitsubishi Motors 3S Centre in Malacca.
The 3S centre provides sales, service and spare parts, is located at No. 2B, Jalan IMJ1, Taman Industri Malim Jaya, 75250 Malacca. It is also the first showroom in the state with Mitsubishi Motors’ new corporate brand, which represented its global tagline ‘Drive Your Ambition’.
In total, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia have 20 authorised showrooms nationwide incorporating the new visual identity.
“I would like to thank Sing Kwung Jidosha, for successfully completing this showroom with a new Mitsubishi Motors visual identity! With an enhanced brand image, this represents our commitment to put customers as the foremost priority, providing them with a seamless experience when they visit our showrooms, and in a more comfortable ambiance,” said its chief executive officer Tomoyuki Shinnishi in a statement.
He added that Malacca registered 38 percent market share for Financial Year 2019 (April 2019 to March 2020) for the Triton pick-up truck.
“With Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia’s achievement of ranking number one in J.D. Power 2019 Malaysia Customer Service Index (CSI), we are dedicated to deliver top-notch service to all our customers,” he said.
The 3S centre has a 10,000 square feet built up area that houses a customer lounge with WIFI and a display area that can showcase four cars at a time. Its fully-equipped workshop is capable of servicing up to five Mitsubishi cars, with parts storage area, and a body and paint facility. It also has the advanced diagnostic tools and special set tools to serve every Mitsubishi vehicle.
Currently, Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia has 50 showrooms (45 are 3S centres) and 51 service outlets throughout Malaysia. In East Malaysia, there are a total 14 showrooms with 7 located in Sarawak and 7 in Sabah.
