April 20, 2020, Kuala Lumpur – TC Euro Cars Sdn Bhd, the sole franchise holder for Renault vehicles in Malaysia has launched the Renault Pre-Owned Captur Subscription Plan.
The Pre-Owned Captur Subscription is an option for those who are hesitant about making long-term commitments. It is a one-year plan that is offered at RM1,299 per month, inclusive of road tax, insurance, regular servicing and an annual mileage cap of 20,000km, with an option to upgrade.
Customers can save more as the company if offering a monthly rate of RM 599 for the first six months of the subscription during this limited-time promotion. After that, from the seventh month to the twelve month, the monthly rate of RM 1,299 will resume.
Those who are interested in the Renault Pre-Owned Captur Subscription can secure a unit by making a booking fee of RM 200 online via Renault E-Store, from April 17 to May 15, 2020. Renault E-Store is accessed through the Renault Malaysia website at www.renault.com.my.
All redemption for the Renault Pre-Owned Captur Subscription, can be made from May 15, to July 31, 2020. Should customers decide not to proceed with their subscription or not to redeem their subscription within the campaign period, their booking fee will be refunded within 60 days, although a minimal RM 5 administration fee applies.
Customers will need to pay the balance due for the first-month fee after deduction of the RM 200 booking fee and security deposit of RM 2,500 upon redemption. The security deposit will be refunded at the end of the subscription, subject to the condition of the vehicle upon return.
All the pre-owned Captur vehicles provided are not more than two years old and will have passed a thorough inspection to meet Renault quality and safety standards. Limited units are available on a first come, first served basis.
“We understand that Malaysians would want a flexible and practical solutions due to the economic impact of the MCO and uncertainties from the on-going Covid-19 threat. Physical distancing will also continue to be important, so travelling in personal vehicles will likely be safer than public transportation.
“We hope that launching the Renault Pre-Owned Captur Subscription now along with its relevant promotions will help provide some relief for customers post the MCO,” said its chief executive officer Wong Hoe Mun in a statement.
Customers who want to test drive the Captur, can make arrangement online and the test drive will commence only after MCO is lifted. Customers can choose to test drive from a Renault showroom closest to them, or arrange for a hassle-free three-hour test drive without the presence of a sales person through Renault’s test drive offering via GoCar available at more than 250 locations nationwide.
Once the customers decide on proceeding with their subscription, they only need to log back into Renault E-Store to upload their support documents and view their application status. Customers will be notified on their subscription approval by the Renault Digital Engagement Team within 5 days from application.
Customers can also submit their security deposit and balance first-month fee payment, as well as manage their subsequent monthly payments via the E-Store once the transaction been approved.
Through the concierge service offering in the Renault E-Store, customers in the Klang Valley can also request for free door-to-door delivery of their Subscribed Pre-Owned Captur so they can continue to stay safe at home. Deliveries will also commence once MCO is lifted.
Renault Pre-Owned Captur Subscription is part of the company’s overall plan to expand the Renault Subscription offerings on top of the current Subscription Trial, Fixed and Switch plans.
